VIDEO ? "DOWNLOAD" OPTION DELETED?

As of 12/17/2020, AM, The ?"DOWNLOAD" OPTION IS NO LONGER DISPLAYED IN THE BAR UNDER THE VIDEO.
IS THIS A GLITCH, FUBAR, OR DUE TO SOMETHING ELSE?
IF THIS WAS IN THE WORKS BY X/h, WHY WEREN'T THE USERS GIVEN AN ADVANCE "HEADS UP"!! ?
I TRIED SENDING X/h AN EMAIL BY THEIR PROTOCOL, HAD IT TYPED UP, ENTERED MY "GMAIL" ADDRESS, HIT SEND, AND GUESS WHAT??
THE REPLY WAS, WAIT FOR IT, ? "INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS"⁉️
I'VE HAD THIS GMAIL ADDRESS FOR 10 + YEARS, AND NOW IT'S INVALID??? W_T_F??
I'M AWARE THAT THE "GMAIL" SYSTEM RECENTLY HAD A B_I_G C_R_A_S_H THE OTHER DAY AND, I GUESS , IT'S IN THE PROCESS OF, HOPEFULLY, BEING FIXED?
