What's wrong with Flomax?

Any of you guys take Flomax (Tansulosin) and wonder why you dribble one or two drops of cum? There you have it. I took it for years and tried all kinds of things to increase semen volume including supplements, ball massage, tons of water before sex, and holding off for a week between orgasms.
