xHamster Dumb Support
I don't about you and the xHamster Support but I have a lot of problems, from my point of view Support on xHamster is ridiculous and annoying: sometimes they do not even answer to your questions and when they answer it's something dumb and preconfigured.
I'm tired of this behavior I'm asking to an explenation why my videos are not published using faulty reasons: sometimes is for a watermark that does not exist, sometimes is just an error, sometimes is because the video is a duplicate and so on, none of theese reason has ever been true. I ask and explanation for example "Why my video is not published saying that there's a watermark even if there's no watermark? " and their answer is "Because there's a watermark".... are you fucking serious?!?!?!!?
I know there's a lot of fans out there that want to continue seeing my videos, so do something.

•and finally clarify why you discriminate some users (your site is full of verified users whose profile photos do not fit the rules for being verified, but they are; same thing happens for videos which do not fit the publishing rules, but they are published); this behavior just gets angry users that can't understand why they don't get verified or they can't publish their videos while other people can.
