How To Change Your Tampon With One Hand In A Public Bathroom Stall While

I'm actually pretty good at doing the tampon swap with one hand. Don't read this if you get creeped out easily, lol. This works in tight stalls too.

1.Unwrap the new tampon. Put it in your mouth, string end out. (Yep)
2. Hike up/pull down/step out of/whatever.
3. With butt over toilet, pull out old one.
4. Let drop in bowl. Mind the splash. Don't miss.
5. Don't let go of your dress.
6. Hold tampon in firing position. Squat a bit.
7. With nicely wet end, find the spot. You know.
8. Gently wiggle it left-right-up-down. Push.
9. Mind the lips. Take your time. Push gently.
10. Wheee!
11. Tighten up down there...push the plunger.
12. Relax...make sure it's settled right.
13. S-l-o-w-l-y remove applicator. Careful.
14. Tug string a bit, tampon should be in place.
15. Pull applicator out. Drop in toilet.
16. Alternate: examine appicator. Its yucky. lol
17. Tug string once more. Ok
18. Get dressed, you're hogging the stall.

Whole thing takes me no more than 20 seconds. Maybe more if I get distracted. lol
