Hi there I am a single black quiet non smoking and drinking guy searching for a white or female roommate. Why white female, cause it's my house and my choice duh. Anyway I am a laid back no nonesense guy. The house is a two bedroom house with back and front yard and 2 dog houses if u have a dog. Your own room. Has cable and WiFi. The neighborhood is decent. House is protected by adt security. I am a night person so being up late does not bother me. Nice jacuzzi tub and nice kitchen. I don't do d**gs and I am not 420 friendly. No d**gs means no d**gs unless it's legal. My family lives close by, so they might drop by now and then. When I say close by they live around the corner lol. The rate is 350dollars a month with includes everything (food and phone not included ) unless u go overboard with the heat light and water then I might ask for extra. I don't need to rent out but why not with that said the price will not go down. U must be 18 and up and have a job please or at least show me u can pay
The house is located between fultondale and downtown off I65.
