Wer kennt sich mit Elektrostimulation oder Estimmi

Hallo Leute,
wer kennt sich mit Elektrostimulation oder Estimming aus?
Gibt es da fertige Aparate oder wird da wild gebastelt?

Ich denke mal, dass 230V oder 400V-Drehstrom da ausfallen.

Also gehe ich mal von 12v Gleichspannung aus.
Wieviel Ampere bzw. mA kann man da zur Anwendung bringen?

Kleiner Trafo von der H0-Eisenbahn oder so?

Sind nur Fragen.
